Meghan Markle is set to make yet another appearance in just a few days' time, and she will be joining some of the US's biggest names at a summit about influential women in Washington, reports have claimed. The Duchess of Sussex will attend Fortune's annual Most Powerful Women Summit in Washington DC on October 14.
Meghan will discuss the launch of her lifestyle brand, As Ever and talk about "navigating entrepreneurship in the public eye and building a brand that will endure," People magazine reports. The three-day summit will feature talks by former Vice President Harris on her presidential campaign and recently released book, 107 Days, Selena Gomez on her Rare Beauty brand, Kara Lawson on coaching the USA Women's Basketball Team, Brené Brown on team leadership and company culture, and others.
It comes hours before the Duchess is honoured on Thursday evening for her and Prince Harry's humanitarian work and nearly a week after her surprise appearance in France for Paris Fashion Week.

Harry and Meghan will be honoured for their advocacy on mental health and will accept Project Healthy Minds' Humanitarians of the Year Award at the nonprofit's World Mental Health Day Gala.
On Friday, the Sussex couple will attend Project Healthy Minds' fourth annual World Mental Health Day.
According to People magazine, their Archewell Foundation has teamed up with Project Healthy Minds to co-produce a series of conversations on how people can make a difference in the mental health sector.
In a statement last month, Harry and Meghan said, "Working with families and young people to prioritise safety online has been some of the most meaningful work of our lives. As parents ourselves, we have been moved to action by the power of their stories and are honoured to support them.
"We're proud to be long-time partners of Project Healthy Minds as we work together to shine a light on what remains one of the most pressing issues of our time."
The Duchess's last appearance before Thursday was in Paris when she attended Balenciaga's fashion show and after party.
It was her firs trip back to Europe in three years.
